It's perfect! Works just as described! Thank you! To Admin, if you want one that shows every where you can try the Back to Top plugin, that is a global plugin. I use it on my site along with this one now.

Nice and simple, quicker than other methods available, but it's not there on every page of the forum (eg, it's absent on the Home page).
Visit the library from your admin panel to directly install plugins.
