Dice simulator for Proboards v5+.

Augments the WYSIWYG and BBCode editors with commands to insert dice that are 'rolled' when a post is submitted. VDice is the 'bare bones' version of the plugin, which includes no graphic resources and minimal pre-configured settings. For an 'out of the box' standard six-sided die with all required settings and resources, use VDice Standard Die Edition instead.

Visit the RANGE tab to configure the range of dice being rolled, including options for user-specified ranges.

Visit the GRAPHICS tab to configure graphical options.

Visit the TWEAKS tab to access a range of graphical and behavioural tweaks for the plugin.

Visit the PREVIEWABLE ROLLS tab to configure rolls that can be previewed in the visual mode of the WYSIWYG editor.

For added control over dice styles, appearance, etc., you are also welcome to modify the VDice style sheet. Simply access the plugin build interface (click 'Build Plugin' above) and edit the CSS style sheet found under the COMPONENTS tab.

Doesn't work on board feed or Mobile versions of the post (always returns "unknown"), and modifiers are only available by checking documentation that a member isn't likely to see without coming here.

Works well, but I wish there was a way to change the calculations (ie, 1d12+8) so you could get the total displayed on the dice.

So far this thing has been great! I added images, they worked fine. And someone edited their post and deleted the [roll] tags then edited their post again and added the rolls back in, and it used the same values = so no cheating! yay!

This plugin is definitely worth adding to your site. It is simple to use, and can add a lot of fun. The security features to disable roll editing also make it fun for all involved parties. Highly Recommended!!
